We do need to come out and assess the job before we can give you a price. Quotes are free of charge no matter the size of the job. It also depends on the situation and distances travel that we will have to incorporate our time and travel time fee in the overall quote provided

As we have provided a bid and terms of agreement and also developed processes to manage your renovation from start to finish, quickly, easily and safety as possible. If you do employ your own trades i.e. friends or family, they must adhere to our timelines for completion. And Cannot intervene with our work timeline and terms of agreement due to reasons like Covid-19, other circumstances like liability reasons and so on.
Please note this may delay the process if you hire or are let down by your trades.
It is also important that you don’t undertake works you don’t know how to do/are not qualified to do as these can prove disastrous to you examples like you may think its easy enough to demolish and remove an internal wall but what if that wall is load bearing? Are you prepared for your roof to cave in? This is just one scenario explained.
Also this will cause the breach of the contract. Affecting the terms agreement.

Upon Agreement of the Quote constitutes the sole and only agreement of the parties and supersedes any written or oral agreement between the parties respecting the subject matter of the agreement. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
5-year limited warranty: Nissi Home Renovation, Inc. warrants labor and partial materials aside from its manufacture’s warranty for a period 5-year. Responsibility is limited to supply of labor and materials to correct the defective condition. This warranty specifically excludes damages caused by accident / abuse, weather condition such as temperature changes or excessive moisture, defective building materials or faulty workmanship by others
Just in some cases we do offer 6-10 years limited warranty depending on projects size and project specifications, etc.

In general we don’t start jobs the same day you contact us. The reason is that we are booked out in advance and take time to consult with you before starting any works. We visit the project site to gauge the scope of works and discuss requirements with our clients. This process also allows us to provide you with a detailed written Bid thereafter, plan out the scope of the project. As well as suppliers and materials enquires required in advance and other factors necessary

If your are approved by our lending partner, they’ll typically receive the funds in your account within 1-3 days.
Each lending partner has a different APR range and credit profile they cater to. Across the board, our lowest APR available is 4.99%. For homeowners with a poor credit history or a high debt-to-income ratio, the APRs available through Hearth may be much higher. The main factors our lending partners consider when determining APRs are a customer’s credit score, debt-to-income ratio, and the loan term. Specific criteria for certain APRs differs across our 13 lending partners
After you answer a few questions, Hearth will send your information to its network of lending partners. Within seconds, they will check your eligibility and show you available options. Seeing rates does not affect your credit score. You can then submit a loan application with your chosen lending partner, which will affect your credit report just like any loan application.
